The following on-line documents are provided to facilitate newly hired MCPS employees. Employees should access, complete, and print copies of the documents listed below. New employees need to bring these documents to the Human Resources Department prior to attending orientation. Our Human Resources staff will review your paperwork for completion, issue your district ID badge, and take your fingerprints.

Employees who have resided in another state within the last five years must contact MCPS Human Resources for the proper Child Protective Services background form for that state.
